1. Организационный этап. Today, we are going to speak about the business
which is well
known and widely used around the world. It is the
business of
encouraging people to buy goods by means of
advertisements. - Can you guess the topic of today’s discussion?
Let me present you the structure of Advertising
Business
in Great Britain. Advertising Agencies are organizations which help a
company
sell its goods or services. And most adverts are
dreamt
up by the creative departments of advertising
agencies.
These departments are normally made up of several
teams
of two people - a copywriter, who writes the
words, and
an art director, who is responsible for the images
and design
of the ad. So, our objectives of today’s lesson are: - to learn some facts about advertising
- practice its language
- create an advertisement

- Predict the benefits.

work. Imagine, you are copywriters and art directors.
You task
is to advertise a given product and
these

fashion designer. He created trendy shoes, asked
advertising
agencies to create the ads, then, he’ll choose the
best one.
You’re divided into two groups (two advertising
agencies). In
your group, create an advert using the approach
suggested and
present it in front of the class. ( Two volunteers from both groups present the
results of
